What to Expect at Your First Visit
Making sound decisions about your dental care and oral health is an easy thing to do with the right preparation beforehand. Here is what you can anticipate will happen during your initial visit:
- You will fill out the new patient form. If possible, please fill out the form on this page before your first appointment.
- We will discuss accepted dental insurances and payment options. If you currently have dental insurance, please bring your insurance card to your initial appointment.
- You should bring a list of questions so you don’t forget what you wanted to discuss with the dentist. Please include any concerns you have as well as oral problems you’ve been experiencing.
NOTE: If you have X-rays from another dentist, please request your X-rays from the previous office before your scheduled appointment. Email your X-rays to drjfhoulihan@gmail.com
